FDE Intern — Summer 2026
The role
Spend the summer deploying Ember alongside our Founding FDE at one of our design-partner firms. You'll sit in a PE or consulting client's office, map their document corpus, ship the integration scripts, and help build the eval harness that decides whether a deployment is working. End-to-end retrieval work that almost no other internship offers.
You are
- An undergrad or grad student who writes Python comfortably — CS, math, physics, engineering, or a finance / consulting student who codes seriously on the side.
- Curious about retrieval, knowledge graphs, and the parts of finance and consulting where information is the moat.
- Willing to read documents nobody else wants to read.
