BD Intern — Summer 2026
The role
Run Ember's voice on LinkedIn and X day to day, and run the paid side too — ad campaigns on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and wherever else the right buyers actually spend time. You'll write the posts, design the cadence, plan the spend, write the ad creative, and turn what we ship internally into a public narrative the right people actually want to read. You'll work directly with the founders on positioning and the tone of the firm.
Depending on what you're good at and what you want to learn, this can also pull into client sourcing — identifying funds and consultancies worth a first conversation, drafting outbound, helping us think about who actually fits as a design partner. Scope on this is genuinely tbd and will be shaped to your strengths.
You are
- A strong writer with a real point of view. You can take a raw idea from a founder and turn it into a tight, opinionated post — not a press release, not a thread of platitudes.
- Fluent in B2B social. You read what good enterprise AI accounts post, you know what works on LinkedIn vs. X vs. Reddit, and you have your own opinions about why.
- Comfortable inside an ad manager. You've run paid campaigns before — for your own project, a school org, a prior internship — or you're hungry to learn. You care about targeting, creative iteration, and budget discipline.
- Curious about how finance and consulting firms actually buy software. You don't need to know this yet; you need to want to learn it.
- An undergrad or grad student. Background open — humanities, business, CS, anything. Writing samples and ad-creative samples matter more than résumés.
How to apply
Send a one-page note to founders@allember.com with the subject "BD Intern — Summer 2026." Include:
- 2–3 links to your best public writing — your own account, school paper, Substack, anything.
- A LinkedIn or X post you'd write for Ember tomorrow.
- Any prior paid-campaign work — a screenshot, a writeup, what worked and what didn't. Skip this if you don't have any; tell us how you'd think about a first $1k of Ember ad spend instead.
- Your earliest start / latest end dates, and whether you'd want to convert full- or part-time after the summer.
Rolling review until filled.
